P3 Lake Louisa LLC, (P3), is the official concessionaire of Lake Louisa State Park. This means we hold an operating agreement with the State of Florida as the exclusive service provider for the park. As we are a private company, we enjoy the benefits of operating within the park, as well as contribute to the strength and dynamic process of preserving a protected public land. We contribute to the park mission by adding services and experiences, informing our guests of the truly special nature of Lake Louisa, and by financially supporting the operations of the park.
As a private company, we are able to provide an array of services for visitors to enjoy that are outside the scope or areas of expertise of the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP). The DEP largely focuses on the restoration, protection, and conservation of unique and important land. The ranger staff focuses primarily on land management with responsibilities such as prescribed burns, soil, air and water protection, etc. This doesn’t leave much time to support recreational activities, which is why they partner with qualified companies, like P3.
P3 appreciates its integral role as a partner of the DEP, and is honored to help spread the word on exactly what the park is all about. We enjoy visiting with guests of the park for extended periods of time, and therefore are able to share the important and interesting history, current projects, and future plans for the park. Lake Louisa is home to several endangered species that are endemic to the Lake Wales Ridge, as well as plays a major role in preserving the cleanliness of the headwaters to the Palatlakaha Chain of Lakes. We take great joy and pride in being able to help share this info and educate those who visit.
Lastly, P3’s partnership at the park plays a significant role in financially supporting the DEP operations at Lake Louisa. Our rangers, biologists, and park specialists are all employees of the state; these types of roles, not to mention the equipment and supplies needed, are typically funded through the state tax budget. P3 Lake Louisa remits 7% of its gross revenue to Lake Louisa State Park to help offset the tax burden to all. Our guests can feel good knowing they in turn are helping to support the park when they participate in an Eco-tour, stay in a Luxury CareFree Campsite, or support the Camper Canteen camp store.

...Adventurous InnTents | Wild InnTents | Restorative InnTents | Outdoor InnTents...
No matter what your InnTentions are, InnTents is the P3 brand for all things Glamping. After launching a small and uncertain trial of one Glamp Site at Lake Louisa State Park in 2019, the demand for the tents caught like wildfire!
Since those early days, P3 refined its offerings, listened to our guests, and grew. All the things they need and want in order to experience nature without sacrificing the comforts of home is provided in each site. We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the outdoor places we work, and hold a very deep appreciation for the lesser known beauty, history, and significance of the locations we choose to offer Glamping.
P3 largely operates in partnership with various Public Lands. What is Public Land? Who owns it? How Does that work? In short- public land is owned by the people of that area. In the case of Lake Louisa and Lake Kissimmee State Parks, the land is quite literally owned by the People of the State of Florida. Wow!!! Seriously- how cool is that?!
What we often find is the people who own and financially support that land, don't know where to start. They often aren't sure how to get closer to it to enjoy the natural setting at its fullest. Therein lies the beauty of InnTents Glampsites.
P3 has the privilege of sharing these incredible natural resources as we see them. These places are our homes, our history, and our future. Each location is different, and aims to complement or highlight the most special aspects of the surrounding land, while at the same time providing those cozy creature comforts that are scary to let go of. We help with planning and preparing, to be sure our guests venturing out into new territory have experiences that will last a lifetime.
